REDIST Hair Bleaching Powder Blue 1000 gr No 39

It is a compact untying powder which is non-evaporating and which has strong untying power. Put Redist Hair Untying Powder and oxidant cream (10, 20, 30, 40 volume) into a non-metallic container and mix them until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Waiting time is between 15 to 50 minutes. Heat treatment may accelerate to hair untying process. The hair whose untying process completed should be rinsed. Should be washed through shampooing.
